Can I reserve the date of the package without paying in advance?
No, all packages must be prepaid before the date can be reserved.
Can I check availability for a specific date before paying?
Yes, contact us and we will gladly confirm availability for you.
Can I cancel the plan without a penalty?
No, all paid packages will be penalized with a 100% charge upon cancellation.
Can I change the date of my reservation?
Yes, as long as you do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
What happens if I do not show up at the hotel?
You will be charged the total price (100%) of the reservation.
Are refunds issued once payment is made?
We do not offer refunds.

Charges will be processed in local currency (Colombian Peso - COP).
